About the other journal club

During the past year of restrictions, we all had to revise our routines to some extent; among other challenges, we face a general lack of structure in our days, and the overwhelming task of balancing amount and quality of the time spent on our professional life, on our family, and on our own well-being. Mostly, but not exclusively, working women find themselves under an unprecedent mental load. The mental load is the exhaustion due to the non-physical labour of having to manage career and family, of having to run constantly in our heads what has to be done, when, and by whom.
In this blog we will chat about ways to lighten our daily burden, to reconnect with ourself, and to find out the suitable structure needed to feel satisfied with our results.
